| Step 1 - Initial Screening: |

| If the application is accepted, you will hear from us to proceed to step 2. |
| Step 2 - Detailed Screening: |
| Please provide your presentation deck and additional supporting information. |
| Recommendations from your advisors or investors or any awards received would be helpful. Video of prior presentation would be helpful, but not required. Phone discussion may be required. |
| The selected group of companies for stage 2 will be reviewed by 20+ investors and advisors before we select the final 6 companies to present on stage. |
| Step 3 - Complete Presenting Registration: |
| Once you are selected, we would like you to purchase our presentation program ($5,000). |
| The selected 6 companies will have the opportunity to speak to some of the investors prior to the Summit. During the Summit the investors will provide feedback and recommendations for the company after the company presentations. |
| Information of all the applied companies will be included in our one-on-one partnering system and can be searchable by our investors (estimated to be over 200) attending our 2018 Summit. |
